Short Version:
Enter Habits you want to work on, enter Goals you want to achieve, enter Core Values that are important to you. Track your progress daily: 100%50% 0%, add notes for any habit on any day.



Long Version:
You can start using HabitMix by simply entering in Habits that you would like to focus on. This could be starting a habit, making it more consistent, or stopping a certain habit. Habits can be daily, where you choose which days of the week you would like to commit to, and they can also be set to a number of times per week, month, quarter, or year.

After a habit is created you can start tracking your progress.  Just go to the main grid and click on the cell of the habit you want and the day you are recording.  You can choose 100%(100%),50%(50%), or 0%(0%) which would mean you completed the habit fully, partially, or not at all, based on the three respective choices.  You can also enter in notes about that specific habit for that day (think of a journal/diary).

In it's simplest form, that is all you need to do to start tracking your habits.  However, the real power of HabitMix comes when you tie your Core Values to habits, just click Add, next to the Core Value choice in the Habit entry screen to add Core Values.  Once you tie your habits to Core Values you will be able to see that your daily habits are showing you what is really important (based on your habits).  Like Core Values, you can also tie Goals to habits, and start working to achieve your goals based on consistent habits.
